CANCELLATIONS
· It is our hope that you will be pleased with your order, however if for any reason you wish to cancel or return your products, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned within 14 days of receipt of your goods, provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused state.
· If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by sending an email to customerservice@b-avante.co.uk before it is despatched.

RETURNS POLICY
· In order to ensure that your request is dealt with quickly, kindly email our customer service team at customerservice@b-avante.co.uk or call us on 0800 018 0708 to inform us of your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
· Return goods at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. Therefore we advise you to return your goods to 78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP, by recorded delivery and keep your receipt as proof of delivery.
· We will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, within 30 days of receiving notice of your intention to cancel your order.
· Your right to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the event that the product has been used or damaged.
