DELIVERY & GIFT WRAPPING
· Please note that for all deliveries, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
· Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address, there will be a separate charge for each delivery address.
· We deliver to the mainland UK and the following off-shore areas: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly
· Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, some of the Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands is £10.00 regardless of order value. Please allow 6 working days for goods to be delivered to these regions.
· Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Jersey or Guernsey.
DELIVERY PRICES
Standard Delivery 3-5 days: £4.95
Our Standard Deliveries can only be made within the UK and the Channel Islands.
Premium next day service: £7.00
Your order must be placed before noon on the previous working day.
Premium Plus next day before noon: £10.00
Your order must be placed before noon on the previous working day.
Saturday before noon service: £20.00
Your order must be placed before noon on the preceding Friday.
For Premium next day, Premium plus and Saturday service: If your order is placed after noon on a Friday, it will arrive on the following Tuesday. Please note that Premium Next Day, Premium Plus and Saturday Morning delivery services are ONLY available for all UK Mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands.
FREE DELIVERY
If you spend over £50 on your order to mainland UK (excluding some parts of the Scottish Highlands). Free delivery is not applicable with promotional offers.
· If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, B.Avanté cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. Please make sure that you input the correct address when placing your order.

· Our gift wrapping service costs £4.95.
· If you wish your order to be sent as a gift, you can select the gift wrap option at the delivery options stage. For items that are not in gift boxes, we will present your order in our premium gift packaging.
